Infant Educator
Help nurture the youngest learners through responsive care, creativity, and hands-on developmental experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Create nurturing, playful, developmentally appropriate experiences inspired by Reggio Emilia principles
- Observe and document each child’s growth and emerging abilities
- Build warm partnerships with families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and emotionally supportive environment
- Collaborate with the team on child-led projects and outdoor learning
Toddler Educator
Guide toddlers through exploration, creativity, and project-based discovery.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and implement project-based activities inspired by Reggio Emilia and S.T.E.A.M.
- Support toddlers’ language, social, and cognitive development
- Foster curiosity through artistic, nature-rich, and hands-on experiences
- Build strong relationships with families and team members
- Maintain a positive, safe, child-centered environment indoors and outdoors
Assistant Administrator
Support a creative, progressive preschool environment while helping our daily operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily office operations and assist with enrolment and family communication
- Support the director and educators with scheduling, parent relations, and general administrative needs
- Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Contribute to a positive, warm, and collaborative culture that values creativity and teamwork
